Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure product quality standards across production processes.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits for raw materials and finished products.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
• Prepare QC reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
