- Education: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline
Position Summary
This role involves participating in the development and implementation of techniques to enhance the repeatability and throughput of fermentation processes. The candidate will oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery and help transition improved fermentation technologies to the manufacturing scale.
Required Skills
- Support end-to-end fermentation operations — including batching, monitoring, sample analysis, documentation, and lab/pilot-scale execution.
- Operate laboratory equipment safely while maintaining hygiene and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate experimental results effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
