🚨 We’re Hiring – Quality Manager
Are you an experienced professional in the dry fruits industry with a passion for quality and food safety? This is your opportunity to join a growing team!
📍 Location: Greater Noida
🕒 Experience: 6+ years
✅ Must have experience in Dry Fruits Industry
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end quality control processes across procurement, processing, and packaging
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and documentation systems
• Handle internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections
• Monitor product quality consistency and take corrective actions when required
• Manage vendor quality assessments and raw material inspections
• Lead and train the quality team to maintain best practices and continuous improvement
• Investigate customer complaints and implement preventive measures
✅ Key Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the dry fruits industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, food safety standards, and compliance
• Hands-on experience in audit handling and certification processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Qualification in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field preferred
