Essential Qualifications:
B, Tech/ M.Sc. in Food Technology.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team. The Quality Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring product compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high- quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards in the final product
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
- Monitor production processes, including hygiene standards, to maintain product quality.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and physical inspections to verify the quality of products.
- Ensure the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is effectively implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for FSMS adherence.
- Travel to the production facility as needed for inspections and quality monitoring,
- Ensure that production activities comply With food safety regulations.
- Maintain proficiency in computer applications to document quality processes and reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of FSMS and other industry quality standards.
- Experience in conducting sensory evaluations and audits.
- Proficiency in working with computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for production activities as needed.
