Role: Quality Executive
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all lab tests for ensuring quality of grains, flour, and spices (e.g. spectroscopy, alcohol acidity, and filth tests) to ensure FSSAI compliance.
- Maintain lab records, inspection logs, and monthly reports; ensure hygiene and traceability across milling and packaging.
- Audit suppliers and raw materials; verify COAs and product consistency.
- Coordinate with operations and R&D to resolve quality issues and improve formulations.
- Drive process improvements for better shelf life and sensory quality.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- 4-6 yrs QC/QA experience in FMCG or food industry.
- Hands-on experience running lab tests.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
