We are Hiring: Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager
Job highlights:
UG: B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Technology or Microbiology; PG: M.Sc/M.Tech preferred; 10-20 years experience in quality assurance
Oversee quality assurance processes, develop quality management systems, conduct inspections and audits, manage documentation, train staff, handle customer complaints
- Location: Rampur
- Budget: 1.5 Lakh to 2.0 Lakh per month
- North Indian Preferred.
- Age: 35-50 Years
Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes across all production lines.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and final goods.
- Manage documentation and maintain detailed reports of quality performance, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Train production staff and floor workers on hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs.
- Handle customer complaints and implement quality improvement plans.
- Ensure traceability of products and maintain records in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies.
