About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Sr. Supervisor/Officer to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage quality control operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
* Conduct inspections and audits.
* Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
* 1-2 years of experience in a QA role. ( Frozen Food Industry)
* Strong understanding of quality control principles.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
