About the Role:
Ajinomoto India is looking for an experienced QA & Regulatory Manager to lead quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with food safety standards. This is a senior-level role ideal for professionals with strong expertise in the food industry.
🎓 Qualification:
- Postgraduate in:
- Microbiology
- Food Technology
- Food Processing
💼 Experience:
- 10–20 years of experience
- Preferably in the food industry
💰 Salary:
- Annual CTC: ₹12 LPA – ₹15 LPA
🧠 Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FSMS, QMS & HACCP
- Expertise in FSSAI regulations & food safety compliance
- Quality documentation & MS Office proficiency
- Root cause analysis & problem-solving skills
- Team management & communication abilities
📋 Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain FSMS, QMS & HACCP systems
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory standards
- Conduct internal and supplier audits
- Handle customer complaints & corrective actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with Production & QC teams
- Prepare MIS and quality reports
📜 Preferred Certification:
- Internal Auditor Certification in FSMS ISO 22OOO / QMS ISO 9001
