- Position Officer: QA/QC
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Qualification: B. Tech/M.Tech. (Food Technology) M.Sc. Microbiology (PGCC certification course in Food Quality & Analysis.
- Location: Pune, Sarole (Shirwal) & Bharoda (Anand District, Gujarat)
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly QA/QC reports, including MIS Index and GMP Index.
- Document and prepare records for certifications and audits, such as ISO, FSSC, HALAL, SEDEX, CSD, and APO.
- Check labels for export and domestic products, promptly communicate proposed changes to meet country-specific requirements.
- Update recipes and ingredients based on inputs from the R&D department or other relevant departments, and update the Nutrition Facts Table (NFT) and barcode in the system for new and modified recipes.
- Conduct mock recalls for all factories as per the designated timeline (twice a year) and file annual returns for all factories.
- Prepare and communicate Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities and follow up for closure.
- Prepare documents related to certifications and licensing.
- Handle customer complaints from the point of receipt to closure.
- Manage documentation, including issuing, controlling, obsoleting to the system requirement and record-keeping.
- Prepare for analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) samples, and follow up with external laboratories to ensure timely report submission.
- Prepare and communicate closure documents in response to legal notifications.
- Prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) data.
- Visit Sarole factory to ensure compliance with system requirements.
