Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
- Monitor product quality and manage deviations effectively
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage QA team, documentation, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
