📍 Location: Deesa, Gujarat
Desai Brothers Ltd. (DBL) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Shift Incharge to join our Food Manufacturing division at Deesa, Gujarat. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in production operations and are passionate about maintaining efficiency, quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production planning and ensure smooth execution of daily production targets.
- Monitor production line performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) inventory to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records, quality reports and performance documentation.
- Assist in workforce supervision, training and continuous process improvement initiatives.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–3 years in Production / Food Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Good coordination, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing operations.
