Production Executive – Food Manufacturing Industry
📍 Location: Panipat, Haryana
- Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
- Experience: 5 – 8 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Food / Diploma Food/M.Sc in Food Technology, or related discipline.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and Safety standards.
- Maintain production records, process parameters, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments for smooth operations.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure proper manpower utilization and shift planning.
- Monitor and control material consumption and yield performance.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma/M.Sc in Food Technology, or related discipline
- Hands on experience in Production Operations within the Food / Beverage / FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of processing, packaging, and hygiene practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.50 LPA
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, current salary, skill set, and role fit.
