Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate excellent technical skills in beverage development, specializing in dairy, vegan products, and solid food development.
- Food Biochemistry: Possess expertise in food biochemistry for formulating stable, high-quality food products.
- Export Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry, ensuring compliance and facilitating successful product exports.
- Shelf Stability: Develop food products with shelf stability, considering factors such as shelf life, packaging, and storage conditions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas, and conveying technical information.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and effective communication.
