What you’ll do:
- Develop new ice cream flavours & concepts
- Conduct R&D trials and improve formulations
- Work closely with production & marketing teams
- Maintain documentation, formulations & trial records
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Explore trends & bring fresh innovation to the table
You should know:
- Basics of food/dairy formulation
- Ingredient evaluation & sensory skills
- Food safety & compliance
- R&D documentation
- Creative & innovative mindset
Who you are:
- 1–2 years’ experience in food industry (dairy/ice cream/FMCG preferred)
- Passionate about innovation, quality & product development
- A team player with curiosity and attention to detail
