We at Modi Naturals Ltd. are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in driving innovation across our growing portfolio of healthy and value-added food products.
📍 Location: Delhi (Head Office)
Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end product development across categories such as oil, energy bars, protein bars, muesli, flavoured nuts, makhana, chickpeas, almond brittles, date bites, and value-added dry fruit products.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete NPD lifecycle from concept to commercial production
- Develop and standardize recipes, formulations, and processes
- Execute pilot and plant trials and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA/QC, Procurement)
- Optimize costing, BOM, yield, and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and labeling regulations
- Drive product improvements in taste, shelf life, and quality
- Manage vendor development for ingredients and packaging
- Maintain complete documentation for NPD projects
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–8 years of experience in Food/FMCG industry
- Strong exposure to NPD, R&D, and product commercialization
- Experience in healthy snacking / functional foods preferred
- Good understanding of food regulations and quality standards
