Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform environmental monitoring and pathogen detection.
- Maintain lab records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Assist in quality control and assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food industry microbiology lab.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
