Job Description:
• Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished ice cream products.
• Conduct pathogen testing (e.g., Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli) and monitor microbial limits.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and FSMA regulations.
• Evaluate sanitation procedures for equipment, storage, and production areas.
• Conduct environmental swabbing and air quality testing in production facilities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, FSSAI, USDA, and other relevant food safety standards.
• Work with the R&D team to test new formulations for microbiological stability.
• Analyze the impact of ingredients and storage conditions on microbial growth.
• Investigate preservative efficiency to enhance product shelf life.
