🧪 Position: Microbiologist
🏢 Location: Uppal Plant, Hyderabad
🎯 Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Dairy Industry (must)
👩🔬 Preference: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological analysis on raw milk, finished goods & environment samples
- Monitor HACCP, GMP & stringent food safety standards in the plant
- Ensure accurate lab documentation as per FSSAI & regulatory compliance
- Support continuous improvements in hygiene, sanitation & product shelf-life
- Troubleshoot deviations & collaborate with production and quality teams
Who We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge in dairy microbiology & food pathogens
- Hands-on experience with Standard Plate Count, Coliform, Yeast & Mold testing
- Familiar with testing under NABL / FSMS environment
- Good communicator & team player
- High commitment to hygiene and lab excellence
