We are looking for a professional in Quality function to join our team at ITC Foods Factory, Panchla.
- Role – Junior Research Analyst
- Location – ITC Foods Factory, Panchla, Howrah, West Bengal.
Requirements:
Qualification: BSc/Msc in Chemistry or Microbiology, or Diploma in Food Tech.
Experience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function. (preferably in the Food processing Industry)
Skills:
- Knowledge of the Food Safety Management System – ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000
- Understanding of FSSAI regulations
- Basic Knowledge of food chemistry and lab analysis
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP
- Basic Computer Proficiency
- Experience in handling workforce across shifts
