Job description
We are looking for a young energetic and knowledgeable Food Technologist for our upcoming Startup of Healthy Extruded & Roasted Food Brand.
On this post you will be working closely with food consultants, Operations Team and will be reporting to the management.
Responsibilities
- Try out new recipes formulated by our consultant.
- Manage Production & Quality Control.
- Involve in Raw Material Purchase and Vendor Selection.
- New Product Development.
- Product Quality Standardisation.
- Keep a check on market trends and give input on new opportunities.
- Setup and Maintain a quality check laboratory.
- Manpower Management.
- Product Cost Calculation.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Bachelors Degree in Food Science/ Food technology.
- 2+ Years experience in Food Extrusion (Snacks, Cereals, Bars).
- MS Office.
- FSSAI & HACCP testing skills.
- Knowledge on Blending, Extrusion (Twin Screw), Packaging & Quality Control.
- Knowledge of Food additives.
