- Job Title: Food Technologist – New Product Development & Quality Assurance

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our R&D and Quality team. You will be at the forefront of creating new, exciting food products and ensuring our existing lines meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves the science of food and is eager to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: Assist in the end-to-end development of new products, from concept and formulation to bench-top trials, pilot-scale production, and commercialization.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with company specs and FSSAI regulations.
- Process Improvement: Work on the factory floor to monitor critical control points, optimize existing processes for efficiency and quality, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of trials, formulations, SOPs, quality test results, and shelf-life studies. Help in audits and certifications.
We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an FMCG food manufacturing unit. Fresh graduates with a strong academic project background are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing.
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP, GHPs, and basic QA/QC tools.
- Familiarity with food processing equipment is a plus.
