📌 Experience: 2–5 Years (Frozen Food Industry)
📌 Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Food Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor QC & QA systems across production
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & Food Safety Standards
• Conduct internal audits, inspections & quality checks
• Handle deviations, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with production & supply chain for quality assurance
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness
2️⃣ Executive – QCQA
📌 Experience: 0–2 Years (Frozen Food Industry)
📌 Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Food Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in quality checks and process monitoring
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
• Maintain records, logs & reports
• Support audits and documentation processes
• Work closely with senior QA team for continuous improvement
3️⃣ Junior Chef – NPD (New Product Development)
📌 Experience: 2–4 Years (Indian Cuisine)
📌 Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and standardize new frozen food products
• Work on recipe formulation, trials & sensory evaluation
• Ensure consistency, taste, and scalability of products
• Collaborate with QA & production teams for product launch
• Monitor market trends and innovate accordingly
