We’re Hiring!
- Position: Executive – Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance (Regulatory Affairs)
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Maximum CTC: 4L– 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate product labels as per FSSAI and Legal Metrology regulations
- Handle FSSAI/LM licensing, regulatory filings, and test reports
- Ensure ongoing compliance for imported and PL food items
- Conduct regular audits and review shipment documentation
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Sc. in Food Technology
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in food safety regulatory compliance (Meat, Seafood, Dairy, Breads, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Legal Metrology
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- F&B industry background is a must
