We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager / HSEQ City Lead – Mumbai

Compass Group is looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Deputy Manager / HSEQ City Lead for Mumbai. This role will be responsible for leading Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) operations across assigned sites in the city.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HSEQ governance across multiple sites in Mumbai
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and all applicable legal requirements
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Drive ISO 22000, food safety, and hygiene management initiatives
- Build, mentor, and coach site HSEQ teams
- Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to maintain high safety standards
🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology, Microbiology, Safety, or related field
- 6–10 years of HSEQ experience (preferably in food services/catering/FM industry)
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, ISO 22000, HACCP, and safety systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and field management skills
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate independently (No relocation assistance provided)
