About the job:
Role Description:
- The Dairy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the dairy product portfolio.
- This includes managing product quality, coordinating with production and supply chain teams, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- The role involves monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory control, and supporting efficient dispatch and replenishment to maintain product availability.
- The Dairy Manager will work closely with sales and customer service teams to address retailer and consumer feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and support promotional activities.
- The position also requires regular performance reporting, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with management to support business growth in the dairy segment.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Dairy Products, including quality parameters, handling, and storage.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to manage retailer and consumer relationships effectively.
- Skills in Inventory Control and basic supply chain coordination to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Understanding of Dairy operations, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in dairy technology, food science, agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dairy, FMCG, or food distribution operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage time-sensitive operational tasks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
