What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
- Coordination with factory for – Quality capex finalization
- Reduction in Cost of Poor Quality
Customer Service
- Reduction of customer complaints for Beverage/Food & intime RCA Closure
- Ensure quality control activities of the unit as per laid down protocol, for in-coming RM/PM, in-process & final product (Finished Goods) for Indore unit.
Internal Processes
- To review entire Documentation related to FSMS/QMS/Verification/Validation and others as applicable.
- Conducting process capability study and other process improvement activities using TQM tools
- Coordination with Marketing/SNOP/PSO for transit trial.
- Reviewing project purification & to share report accordingly for the plants.
- Continually assess and identify systematic issues found in food safety audits and ensure improvement action are deployed in timely manner.
- Ensure HACCP plans are in place and effective the site.
- Adherence to the export requirements including sampling and testing
Innovation and Learning
- Imparting training to educate the shop floor employees on GMP/Food Safety/FSSC 22000 requirements/ FSSAI requirements/Halal.
- Actively contribute to New Product launch.
- Take part in the various trials for product & process improvement as per the guidelines
