Dayspring Bakers is looking for an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance & Quality Control function at our Gosainganj, Lucknow plant.
📍 Location: Gosainganj, Lucknow
💼 Experience: 6–7 years in QA/QC within Bakery, Bread, FMCG Food or large-scale Food Manufacturing
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech. Food Technology, M.Sc. Food Science/Microbiology or equivalent
👥 Team Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a team-leading role
Key Expertise Required:
• FSSAI, GMP/GHP & HACCP
• ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
• Food microbiology & allergen control
• CAPA, traceability & recall
• Quality audits & compliance
• Process & finished product quality control
• Laboratory management & quality reporting
The role will be responsible for ensuring that our bakery products consistently meet food safety, hygiene, legal and quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and reducing quality losses and customer complaints.
