Assistant Production Manager
📍 Location: Pithampur, Near Indore
💼 Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Biscuit Industry
🏢 Employment: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and line performance
- Ensure food safety, quality and hygiene compliance
- Plan and monitor production targets
- Lead and train production teams
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement and Logistics
- Manage raw material and packaging inventory
- Drive process improvement and reduce wastage
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of production/manufacturing experience in the biscuit industry
- Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI and food hygiene practices
- Strong planning, scheduling and team management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and production reporting
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management or related field preferred
