Rebel Foods is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance with 4 to 5 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG/QSR). If you have a passion for quality and food safety, this role could be a perfect fit!
Locations: North India, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana & Andhra Pradesh (TSAP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a regional quality assurance team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• Prepare for internal audits and ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Analyze data to assess regional performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology, B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Food Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in FMCG or QSR sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• In-depth understanding of food safety standards, RCA, CAPA, and quality assurance protocols.
• Familiarity with FSSAI regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
