🚨 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)

About the Role
Urban Harvest is rapidly scaling in the HoReCa B2B space and is looking for an AM – Quality to build and strengthen a robust, scalable quality ecosystem across sourcing, processing, and distribution. This role will drive end-to-end quality, compliance, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & monitor QMS; conduct audits and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP
- Manage vendor quality & incoming material checks
- Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA closure
- Drive process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Track quality KPIs & reporting
- Lead QA team & SOP trainings across locations
Requirements:
🔹 4–7 years in QA/QC (Food/FMCG/Agri/HoReCa)
🔹 Experience in audits, compliance & vendor quality
🔹 Knowledge of QMS, HACCP, ISO
🔹 Willingness to travel
🔹 Strong analytical skills
Preferred:
⭐ Six Sigma Green Belt
⭐ Startup / multi-location experience
