Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and supervising cheese production to meet targets.
- Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance.
- Train and lead production staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and coordinate maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in cheese production or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cheese-making processes and food safety standards.
Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
