🌟 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Product Development (R&D)
Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2–4 Years | Qualification: M.Pharm or equivalent
HealthKart is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Product Development to lead innovation across our nutrition and dietary supplements category (Proteins, Vitamins & Minerals, Herbals, Gut Health, Sports Nutrition, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging nutra trends, scientific innovations, and market gaps.
- Lead complete formulation lifecycle: concept → prototype → pilot → stability → scale-up.
- Develop differentiated, science-backed formulations with focus on bioavailability enhancement and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare formulation sheets, technical dossiers, ingredient specs, and ensure FSSAI-compliant labeling.
- Benchmark products against competitors and review global literature & clinical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (P2P, QA, Packaging, Procurement) for smooth development and launch.
- Support NPD activities including artwork closure and branded ingredient onboarding.
- Contribute to innovation pipeline planning and claims substantiation.
Required Qualifications:
M.Pharm in Pharmacy or similar.
👉 2–4 years of experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Health Supplements.
👉 Strong knowledge of micronutrients, botanicals, probiotics, sports nutrition, stability & solubility, bioavailability enhancement techniques, and FSSAI nutraceutical regulations.
