We are hiring – Assistant Manager – Private Label\
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation (Food Technology)
- Location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across multiple categories (raw materials, packaging, co-manufacturing, etc.).
- Build strong supplier relationships ensuring quality, consistency, and timely supply.
- Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Track vendor KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost savings) and drive performance improvement.
- Manage procurement across diverse categories considering seasonality and lead times.
- Lead cost optimization, value engineering, and NPD sourcing initiatives.
- Mitigate supply risks and ensure sustainability and ethical compliance.
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and audit-ready documentation; prepare reports for management.
