NPD Assistant Manager – International Markets Bevzilla (IDAM House of Brands- One Guardian Group), Gurugram
Role: Own beverage products from concept to launch for export markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise beverage formulations: ingredients, flavour and sensory evaluation
- Lead technology transfer to contract manufacturers: lab and floor trials, scale-up and formulation sign-off
- Qualify raw material and packaging vendors: samples, COA review, testing, costing and MOQs
- Manage packaging and artwork development, including label claims
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI/FDA and the food regulations of export countries (labelling, claims, documentation)
- Create specifications, BOMs, BMR/BPR and SOPs with QA and contract manufacturers
- Run stability and shelf-life studies and support commercial batch release
- Work with procurement, quality, marketing and business teams to launch on time
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in food and beverage NPD or R&D
- Hands-on formulation, scale-up and shelf-life experience
- Experience with contract manufacturers and FSSAI/US-FDA; exposure to export regulations preferred
- Strong project management and coordination skills
