Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production planning, scheduling and execution.
- Lead production teams and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Optimise manpower, materials, machinery and resources.
- Monitor quality, productivity, safety and production costs.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct RCA & CAPA for production issues and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D and other functions.
- Drive waste reduction, efficiency and continuous improvement.
