Are you experienced in managing production operations in a Wafer amp; Chocolate Manufacturing Plant? Here’s an exciting opportunity to join the Priyagold team!
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Shift In-Charge who can independently manage shift operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and minimize wastage.
📍 Location: Jammu Plant
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily production operations and achieve shift targets.
✅ Handle wafer production lines, cream preparation, chocolate tempering, enrobing, and cooling processes.
✅ Monitor process parameters, product quality, and production efficiency.
✅ Manage manpower deployment, operator training, and shift productivity.
✅ Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, Stores, Planning, and Packing teams.
✅ Ensure raw material availability and minimize production wastage.
✅ Maintain GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
✅ Prepare shift production reports, downtime reports, wastage reports, and shift handover documentation.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant production experience in wafer and chocolate manufacturing plants who have strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, manpower handling, quality control, and wastage reduction.
