📍 Job Location: Rajkot / Modasa, Gujarat
👥 Total Vacancies: 10 Openings
💰 Salary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
📌 Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Execution – Execute daily shift schedules, perform plant rounds and maintain shop-floor operational control.
- KPI & OEE Monitoring – Monitor machine efficiency, track Overall Equipment Effectiveness and minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Job Work & Vendor Audits – Conduct manufacturing unit visits and audits as per SOP and verify processes.
- Changeover & Line Clearance – Manage product changeovers, equipment cleaning, sanitization and batch line clearance.
- Logbooks & Reports Verification – Verify daily shift reports, shop-floor logbooks, shift handover logs and operational records.
- Manpower Handling – Allocate operators, lead shift start-up meetings and enforce safety protocols.
Quality & Compliance Standards:
- GMP & GHP Follow – Strictly enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices on production lines.
- 5S / 6S & Lean – Implement workplace organization, housekeeping and waste-reduction methodologies.
Eligibility & Criteria:
Experience: 0–2 Years
Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Science, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E. / B.Tech. in Food Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Skills: Process monitoring, quality checks, logbook auditing, basic computer literacy and team coordination.
