Fermentis Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to join its Production Team.
💼 Position:
Senior Production Executive – Nutritional & Protein Bars
📍 Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana
🏭 Industry: Nutraceuticals
⏳ Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and supervise daily production activities.
- Monitor the complete production process, including raw material preparation, weighing, mixing, forming, cutting, coating, cooling and packing.
- Ensure production targets, quality and food safety standards are achieved.
- Monitor process parameters, product quality, texture, weight, appearance and yield.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Maintenance and Packaging teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food safety standards.
- Manage production documentation, reports, checklists and MIS.
- Supervise and guide operators while ensuring effective manpower utilization.
- Support new product trials, process development and scale-up activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant production experience, preferably in nutritional bars, protein bars, nutraceuticals, functional foods or food manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in bar manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene and production documentation.
- Experience in handling production teams, machinery, raw materials and production planning.
