➤ Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced “Head – Quality Assurance” to lead the QA function across our existing factories and spice/FMCG operations, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
➤ Key Responsibilities:
Quality Leadership
• Lead QA operations across all existing factories and ensure uniform quality standards.
• Establish and monitor specifications for raw materials, spices, packaging, in-process & finished products.
• Drive RCA, CAPA, quality improvement and reduction of rejections/wastage.
➤ Food Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & GHP standards.
• Lead statutory, customer & certification audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Maintain proper traceability, documentation and food safety systems.
➤ Laboratory & Testing
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing protocols, calibration and COA/test report review.
• Coordinate internal and external product/material testing.
➤ Supplier & Product Quality
• Drive supplier quality management and incoming material quality.
• Lead customer/market complaint investigations, RCA & corrective actions.
➤ Factory & Process Improvement
• Conduct regular factory quality reviews and audits.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing units.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse & Supply Chain teams.
• Travel across PAN India for factory visits, audits, and quality reviews.
➤ Preferred Experience:
Candidates having experience in spice manufacturing, grinding/blending, seasoning, packaged food, or FMCG food products will be given preference.
