Wellbeing Nutrition is looking for a New Product Development Specialist to drive innovation and support the development of new nutraceutical products from concept to launch.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and innovate new nutraceutical products
• Translate consumer insights and marketing briefs into product formulations
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners for sample development
• Manage multiple NPD projects and ensure timely launches
• Source and evaluate raw materials with procurement teams
• Coordinate stability studies, sensory evaluations and laboratory testing
• Ensure formulations comply with FSSAI and relevant international regulations
• Support product documentation, specifications and label claim validation
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, procurement, production and supply chain teams
• Support scale-up, technology transfer and post-launch evaluations
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• Strong knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and delivery formats
• Understanding of stability and product development concepts
• Experience managing products from ideation to launch
• Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations and labelling requirements
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
