Jowali Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and quality-focused professional to join our Quality Team.
📍 Location: Manjari Khurd, Pune
🏢 Department: Quality
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science or relevant field
🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor in-process and finished product quality
• Conduct quality inspections and sampling
• Maintain quality & food safety documentation
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements
• Coordinate with laboratories and maintain COAs/test reports
• Monitor GMP, GHP and HACCP practices
• Support traceability and CAPA
• Assist with regulatory and customer compliance requirements
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Knowledge of BRCGS Food Safety
• Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations
• Knowledge of Halal requirements & certification
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP & HACCP
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a food manufacturing environment
