- Position: Production Executive
- No. of position: 4
- Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
What You’ll Do:
✅ Execute daily production plans and monitor output
✅ Supervise production processes and shop-floor manpower
✅ Ensure GMP, HACCP & food safety compliance
✅ Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance & Procurement teams
✅ Maintain ERP records and production documentation
✅ Drive productivity improvements and reduce wastage
We’re Looking For:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Frozen Foods, RTE/RTC, Meat Processing or FMCG Production
- Knowledge of Production Planning, ERP, Inventory Management & Food Safety Standards
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must have good knowledge about frozen industry.
