NPD Executive (Techno-Commercial)

📍 Location: Marol, Mumbai (5 Days Working)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Highlights:
- Lead product scale-up from lab to commercial production
- Drive new product commercialization and production trials
- Optimize manufacturing processes, costs, and packaging
- Ensure QA/QC compliance and process validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners
- Travel to manufacturing plants for production support
Eligibility:
🎓 Education:
- M.Sc. / M.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Microbiology
💼 Experience:
- 3–4 years in NPD or Manufacturing within the Food Industry
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP & HACCP, FSSC V7
- Strong QA/QC and documentation skills
- MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for production activities
