Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.Sc. in Dairy Technology, or
- Diploma in Dairy Technology/Food Processing
Preferred Experience:
- Dairy production and plant operations
2. Shift In-Charge
Qualification:
- Diploma in Food Processing or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- Dairy processing operations
3. Quality Control Executive
Qualification:
- Food Technology
- Dairy Technology
- Microbiology
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in microbiological testing
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
Desired Skills:
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- Control of loss/gain of total solids
- Raw material and packaging material management
- Dairy production, processing, and packaging
- Quality control and quality assurance
- Manpower planning and supervision
- Cost control
- MIS reporting and documentation
