Prayagh Nutri Product Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Executive – Quality Assurance (QA) for its manufacturing facility in Shadnagar, Telangana. The company is looking for experienced food industry professionals with strong expertise in food safety, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
Job Details:
- Position: Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)
- Location: Shadnagar, Telangana
- Vacancies: 2
- Preferred Candidate: Male
- Experience Required: 5–8 years in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in confectionery, chocolate, bakery, or FMCG.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:
- B.Tech in Food Technology or Food Engineering
- M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or an equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining Food Safety Management Systems
- Managing FSSC 22000 Version 6, BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, GHP, and PRPs
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements
- Performing root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and customer complaint handling
- Promoting food safety culture through employee training
- Process verification, documentation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Preferred Certifications:
Candidates with the following certifications will be preferred:
- FSSC 22000
- BRCGS
- HACCP
- ISO 22000 Internal Auditor
- CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
