Job Description:
- Ensuring the safety of people & factory
- Responsible for overall shift activities.
- Responsible for producing Freeze dried coffee as per the advice given by M (P)/AM (P).
- Responsible for producing 5.75 MT/day of FDC.
- Responsible for achieving Target Production & Target Yield
- Prepare production plan as per requirement & execution
- Managing of operators and labors working in their shift.
- Maintain necessary documentation & records
- Ensure factory sanitation and hygiene
- Monitor the critical control points
- Responsible for daily SAP Production entries
- Co-ordinate with ISO audit
- Co-ordinate & execute all Trial production & document the same.
- Responsible for HIRA & LOTO form revision & updating the same.
