🚨 We’re Hiring – QA Executive 🚨
📍 Location: Mandideep, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
💼 Position: QA Executive
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. in Food Technology (or a related discipline)
🕒 Experience: 3+ Years in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform shop floor QA activities and lead the IPQC team.
✅ Ensure accurate BMR, CCP, and PP documentation along with daily quality reporting.
✅ Manage Extraneous Matter Control, Label Control, Calibration, and Net Content compliance.
✅ Coordinate the plant calibration program with external agencies.
✅ Execute validation of CCPs/SPPs and support Food Safety Management Systems.
✅ Drive CAPA, RCA, incident management, and change control activities.
✅ Prepare and update SOPs and other quality documentation.
✅ Maintain monthly quality reports, Checkweigher 20-Pass Test records, CCP trend analysis, and weekly FSDI reports.
✅ Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and Food Safety standards.
Preferred Skills:
✔️ Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, CAPA, RCA, Validation, and Calibration.
✔️ Excellent documentation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Experience in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry will be preferred.
✔️ Male candidates only.
