Position: Quality Control Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Clear Premium Water is looking for an experienced Quality Control Executive to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in its premium bottled water manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor bottled water co-packing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality checkpoints.
- Conduct routine quality testing of water and packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material inventory.
- Provide quality clearance for dispatches and maintain documentation.
- Oversee CIP (Clean-in-Place) activities and hygiene standards.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and compliance documents.
- Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Support internal and external quality audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. in Food Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Beverage/FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
