We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead our Lab & Quality Assurance Department in the Namkeen Snacks Industry.
- Position: Quality Head – Lab & QA
- Industry: FMCG – Namkeen Snacks
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years (Mandatory)
- Qualification: M.Tech/B.Tech in Food Technology
- Location: Hisar
🎖️Join Food Safety training programs: Internal auditor training [HACCP, FSMS (ISO 22000:2018), FSSC 22000v7]
Mandatory Experience:
✅ Core experience in the Namkeen Snacks Industry.
✅ Hands-on expertise in Potato Chips, Kurkure, Bhujia, Extruded Snacks, Fryums, and Seasoning/Spices.
✅ Strong knowledge of Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and Food Safety Standards.
✅ Experience in handling quality audits, process improvements, and team leadership.
