A leading confectionery manufacturing company is hiring Executive / Sr. Executive – Analyst for its Product & Technology Development (NPD) Team in Greater Noida.
📍 Location: Greater Noida
Qualification:
- M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience in food testing or analytical laboratories preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished confectionery products
- Perform testing as per FSSAI, BIS, and AOAC standards
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods
- Conduct stability studies and maintain related documentation
- Prepare SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications
- Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team
- Ensure compliance with GLP and ISO 17025 requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GLP and ISO 17025
- Understanding of FSSAI, BIS, and AOAC standards
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Karl Fischer, etc.)
- Method development, validation, and documentation expertise
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
